Our client, producer for internationally renowned sporting products, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for the company’s administrative matters including accounting, HR, and general affairs.
Providing administrative support on HR and general affairs;
Answering customer questions properly and timely in a moderate manner;
Checking documents including contracts and invoices;
Providing product information and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Dutch ;
Knowledge of general accounting;
Knowledge of HR and general affairs is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills;
Accuracy and preciseness;
