Our client, one of the leading Japanese healthcare companies focused on optometry, is looking for a Administrative Assistant who can join their team to support their growing business.


  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed
  • Accounts receivable collection and management
  • Accounts payable management
  • Manage the employees’ HR information in different systems
  • Communication with outsourced accounting companies (Germany, Netherlands)
  • Communication with group company employees (Germany, Japan)

Office Management

  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors and answer and direct phone calls
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary


  • Order supplies for product packaging and shipment
  • Inventory control

Required skills

  • 1-2 years’ experience in accounting or office management
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Accurate, flexible,good problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Dutch, English and German
