We are partnered with a Chinese leader in the telecommunications market with over 35 years of providing excellent and cost-efficient services and products. For the employee cafeteria, we are looking to add a Catering Operations Administrator to their office in The Hague.

As Catering Operations Administrator, you will oversee and optimize cafeteria operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. You will manage supplier communications, cost reviews, event schedules, and promotional activities to enhance the overall dining experience and drive operational efficiency.


  • Coordinate on-site communication with suppliers to maintain an efficient supply chain and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of restaurant costs, including ingredients, non-ingredients, and manpower expenses, to optimize operational efficiencies and control expenses.
  • Organize meal delivery arrangements and analyze cost statistics for accurate accounting and financial management.
  • Develop and manage the restaurant event schedule to ensure seamless execution of events and maximize customer satisfaction. Provide event support services and manage banqueting VIP rooms to meet event requirements and exceed guest expectations.
  • Implement and analyze the monthly restaurant satisfaction survey to incorporate employee feedback and continuously improve service quality.
  • Source high-quality snacks and review the restaurant menu to enhance offerings, align with culinary trends, and meet diverse customer preferences.
  • Design promotional posters to highlight canteen offerings and attract customers to the restaurant, enhancing visibility and customer engagement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational administration, including logistics/procurement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
