We are partnered with an established leader in telecommunications with over 35 years of providing excellent and cost-efficient services and products. Due to an expansion, they are seeking to add a Fleet Administrator to their team in The Hague.

As Fleet Administrator, you will be a central point of contact in the organization. Internally, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient arrangement of company/rental cars, organizing taxi and shuttle services for international travel, and support the company with administrative tasks and other general office duties as needed.

  • Coordinate the provision of company cars for employees in adherence to the company’s car policy and internal procedures.
  • Develop and implement assessments for suppliers, identifying potential areas of improvement.
  • Conduct occasional quality control checks, assess performance, and ensure compliance of both staff and suppliers based on contract KPIs and service agreements.
  • Establish and maintain detailed records on expenses related to rentals, fuel, overtime, etc., and share insightful analyses with the management team.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other general office duties as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 12 months of relevant working experience with detail-oriented administrative tasks.
  • Great communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Excellent organizational and service mindset with a passion for cars.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software for documentation, invoices, and internal communications.
  • Valid Driver’s license category B.
