- Payroll and tax administration data tooling collection and input
- Employee handbook, policy and procedures development
- Benefit plan selection, enrolment, and administration

The role includes defining and implementing the next steps of the above activities to a higher professional level.
Requirements:
The HRBP we are looking for is a professional communicator who knows HR policies and can help (internal and external) businesses solve and organize employee challenges.
- Has (Masters) degree in Human Resources or related
- Professional expertise in Human Resources
- Understanding of tooling and implementation
- Experience in HR compliance
- Minimally 5 years’ experience within larger corporations
- Can implement reorganizations, negotiations with Labor Unions and Works Councils
- Proficient in English and Dutch, other languages is an advantage
- Experience in multiple industry sectors
- Understanding of (governmental) portals including UWV, IND, ArboNet, and others.
- Minimally 3 years of experience as a Team lead/ HR Manager / HR Advisor
- Understands customer service levels to comply with.
