Product Manager

In this role you will be responsible for defining and managing a product feature and ensuring its successful execution. You will be responsible for setting a vision, creating solutions, developing strategies to achieve key business objectives, and maintaining a supportive product road-map. The Product Manager will define requirements, prioritize tasks, measure product performance, and drive experimentation to optimize products and maximze value.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to increase retention, reduce churn and boost lifetime value (LTV) for a subscription model business through customer interviews, statistical analysis, and collaboration with business partners.
• Analyze churn reasons, create an off-boarding process and checklist, and conduct off-boarding interviews to understand why customers leave.
• Develop and implement a retention vision and strategy.
• Document functional requirements for roadmap initiatives.
• Plan and execute a data-driven churn reduction strategy, oversee implementation with a customer-first approach, and report on results.
• Create and maintain churn KPIs and metrics.
• Act as the Product Owner in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring clear prioritization and expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager
• Experienced in managing churn rates and optimizing conversion rates
• Skilled in executing A/B testing to refine product strategies
• Experienced in developing and implementing strategies to enhance products
• Proficient in utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, PowerBI, and Microstrategy
