We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a strong background in project management to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR and project management, demonstrating a proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives, manage complex projects, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership;
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert advice on HR matters;
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives to support the company’s goals;
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and support transformation projects.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals;
  • Develop detailed project plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts;
  • Implement effective employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies;
  • Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans;
  • Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.

HR Operations:

  • Streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency;
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and data management;
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on project management;
  • Proven track record of managing complex HR projects and driving strategic initiatives.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Proficient in HR software and tools.

Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus;
  • HR certifications are highly desirable.
