Adlib Software, a Texas-based provider of document and data software for regulated industries, signed an agreement on 21 September 2026 to acquire Paperbox, a Ghent, Belgium, company whose AI platform sorts and routes inbound insurance communications. Closing is subject to customary conditions. It was signed on 21 September 2026. It had not completed by 28 October 2026.
