Formidium, a fund administrator based in Downers Grove, Illinois, announced on 20 October 2026 that it had completed its acquisition of Ci Fund Services, a Luxembourg provider of private label fund structuring, administration and management company services, after approval by the Luxembourg financial regulator CSSF. The deal completed on 20 October 2026.
