Ryan acquires Svalner Atlas Advisors.
Ryan, a business tax services and software firm based in Plano, Texas, completed its acquisition of Svalner Atlas Advisors, a tax and transaction advisory firm headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, on 1 September 2026, after announcing the definitive agreement on 1 June 2026. About 500 Svalner Atlas staff in seven offices across Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands joined Ryan. The deal completed on 1 September 2026.
