Vertiv acquires King Environmental Services.
Vertiv, based in Westerville, Ohio, completed its acquisition of King Environmental Services (KES), an Irish provider of fluid management, flushing, commissioning and load testing for liquid-cooled data centres, on 26 October 2026. The agreement had been announced on 24 September 2026. The deal completed on 26 October 2026.
