They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support their recruitment efforts across engineering roles in Amsterdam and Eindhoven. Main Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for eight engineering requisitions, ensuring alignment with hiring managers' needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool, achieving a minimum of 30% underrepresented candidates in final interview rounds.

Key Requirements

• Ability to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles
• Proven experience in talent acquisition within engineering sectors
• Proficiency in using Workday for recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
• Ability to develop strategies for attracting diverse candidates
• Capacity to achieve a minimum of 30% underrepresented candidates

• Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with the engineering job market in the Netherlands.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
