Logintrade takes a majority stake in PROEBIZ.
Wroclaw-based procurement software firm Logintrade signed an agreement on 6 October 2026 under which it will obtain 75 percent of PROEBIZ, an Ostrava, Czech Republic supplier of IT tools for corporate purchasing and sales, giving it control. The deal was disclosed in a current report on 7 October. It was signed on 6 October 2026. It had not completed by 28 October 2026.
