Octagon is partnered with a global supplier of fermentation-based ingredients, known for sustainable and high-quality solutions in food, nutrition, and personal care. As their team grows, we are looking for a part-time Finance & Admin Support, based in Wageningen!

What you would do:

• Process customer orders via email (and occasionally phone)
• Enter and update data in the ERP system (Exact Online)
• Coordinate delivery updates with suppliers and logistics partners
• Check purchase orders and invoices for accuracy
• Monitor stock levels and flag shortages
• Help prepare shipping and customs documents
• Support the General Manager and team with administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

• Some experience (around 1 year) in an admin, logistics, or back-office role
• Good Excel skills (Exact Online is a bonus)
• High attention to detail and structured way of working
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent English skills (Dutch, Japanese, German, or French are a plus)
