We are partnered with a Japanese electrical mobility pioneer, specializing in autonomous short-distance mobility. Their expansion plan throughout Europe will start with a crucial pilot project at Schiphol airport and want to add a Customer Experience Specialist to their local team.

Gaining insights from the customers will be crucial for long-term success and as Customer Experience Specialist, you will obtain insights, translating them into actionable feedback and therefore contribute to planning, operational execution, procedure improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement processes and procedures to ensure a successful operation in cooperation with local personnel.
  • Provide guidance and training to local personnel for the devices.
  • Gather insights, identify the areas of improvements, and create reports with clear KPI’s to enhance the service experience provided to end-users and clients.
  • Cooperate with the remote technical support team to troubleshoot the devices for basic hardware and software issues.
  • Develop or improve manuals and standard operation procedures for the end-customer to ensure an effective and convenient customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience in customer experience/service, preferably in health-care or tech support roles.
  • Effectively communicate clear and actionable feedback in both English and Dutch, directed at non-technical audiences as well as the remote technical support team, regarding basic hardware and software issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate issues and remarks from customers into tangible refinements for future customer experience.
  • Interest in Autonomous Mobility Service; both hardware and software wise.
  • Experience or knowledge of Linux or IoT modules is a
  • Available to be present at Schiphol airport daily for the first 3 months of the project.
  • Occasionally travel to other parts of Europe to exchange with local teams after a successful implementation.
